Central Park Orthodontics has been such a positive experience for me as an adult getting braces! The entire team has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive throughout the process. They always return my calls promptly, and when I needed to get in quickly for a broken bracket, they were so helpful and accommodating. I also really appreciate how reassuring the team is—they’ve given me plenty of helpful tips and tricks to keep my mouth as comfortable as possible. It’s made the whole braces experience much easier! I appreciated that the orthodontist here didn’t rush through consultations. They actually reviewed my old dental history and explained why my bite problems were causing headaches. The office itself is modern without feeling overly flashy. One assistant accidentally scheduled me on the wrong day once, which was frustrating since I took time off work, but they apologized and fit me in later that afternoon. Mistakes happen, but they handled it professionally.

Great experience! Everyone was friendly and patient, and Alicia explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the process. I really appreciated how comfortable and welcomed they made me feel.
