SoCO Smiles Orthodontics - South Colorado Springs

Expect to be on their own time schedule. I don't understand what's the point of making an appointment if you're gonna show up on time but yet your provider can't be on time. Worst first time experience EVER! I pulled my kid out of school specifically for this appointment only to sit there and wait for 20 minutes and then to be told that they were running behind. It would be a lot longer. Also, they do not run the AC here. It was boiling hot thankfully we didn't even get started. I'll be seeking a different orthodontist office out.

This practice was recommended to me by multiple families, who each had several kids seen by SoCo. I believe you can have good service for one child but when you have multiple children go through a practice, you really get to know the staff and see a consistency in the quality of care (not not). We went for a consult and ended up getting care the same day, which thrilled my child. They are picking up where our other orthodontist left off because we had to move away. All the staff we interacted with were kind, caring and communicated well. We are looking forward to being part of this practice for a while with multiple of my children needs orthodontic care.

Dr. Kofford has taken such good care and attention to both my kids’ throughout their braces journey in his office. He’s been so wonderful and attentive to detail with the finishing touches for creating their beautiful smiles. Their clinic and office staff has been helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Our 8 year old son is starting the process. Today was his 1st appt, it was super quick and efficient. Both our older children went through the whole process at the same location. We did not want our youngest to anywhere else.

SoCo did a great job explaining how to treat my son, what would work best, answering any questions and going over the pricing. Hailey did a great job explaining the plan and Dr. Weaver made me feel confident we were choosing the right place.
