After shopping around at a few different orthodontist’s offices and doing my research, I decided to choose Bailey Orthodontics. He came highly recommended by a few friends. I met with him and he took his time explaining the whole process and going over all of my options with me. After 19 months in adult braces, I am extremely pleased with my results. All of the staff was always friendly and professional. Thank you so much!
They've treated me well, and helped me to straighten teeth that were causing discomfort and gum issues. I love the staff! I've worked with them twice in my life and am glad I have
The dentist and hygienist are decent, but the front desk staff is incredibly rude. My daughter needed to have a cavity filled, and since she has Bailey's braces, the wire needed to be removed first. My regular dentist coordinated with Bailey to remove the wire and put it back on after filling the cavity. Unfortunately, due to a blizzard the night before, my regular dentist ran 30 minutes late because of the road conditions. This caused us to miss our 12:10pm appointment to have the wire reattached at Bailey. I had mentioned this possibility to the hygienist before leaving Bailey (my dentist had called to inform me of the delay), and she told me they take lunch at 12:30 pm. However, she advised that if we were running late from our other appointment, we should call and return as the wire had to be put back on. Thus, once the cavity was filled, my regular dentist called Bailey, explained he had just finished the filling, and advised us to head down to Bailey. Bailey was indeed closed for lunch when we arrived, so I returned when they reopened at 1:45 pm and explained the situation to the front desk associate. Instead of understanding a situation outside my control, the receptionists blamed me for missing the appointment, saying I didn't allow enough time between appointments! However, I didn't make or coordinate the appointments; Bailey and my regular dentist handled that. I simply stated that their coordinated appointments worked for my schedule. When I tried to explain this, the receptionist told me there was nothing they could do; fitting us in would cause other people to have to wait, and I would have to return when they had an opening. Here, it's important to note that putting a wire back on takes approximately 10 minutes. I told the receptionist I lived 30 minutes from the practice and had already driven down as instructed. Again, she said no, I'd have to return when they had an opening. I can understand being busy. However, I can't understand blaming a client for something they had no control over, for being unwilling to make accommodations, or for being rude. If I hadn't paid for my daughter's braces already, I would find someone else with better front desk staff. I will definitely do this for my youngest daughter, who also needs braces.
My daughter has been a patient with Dr. Bailey for a few years and we've been very happy. Before we went through the process of starting braces for our daughter, we did our research and "shopped around" many different places. It paid off because we've loved working with Dr. Bailey & his friendly staff. He's very thorough and caring. My daughter also loves the fresh chocolate chip cookies she gets every visit :)
Dr. Bailey is amazing. Have been bringing my kids to him since 2012, and he is the only orthodontist I will go to! Friendly staff, great assistants, 2 different locations to pick from, and flexible payment options. They have gone above and beyond for both my kids. Highly recommend!!
