Greetings, I am very disappointed because I paid a lot of money and I did not get the results I wanted. The doctor informed me that he would not be able to get my teeth the way I wanted, but it was after I committed to have them done. I started wearing the Invisalign's around April or May 2025. The doctor said that my teeth will not move any more, because I have implants, but he still suggested to me to wear them 12 hours a day and at night; until January and then I can wear the retainers only at night. If I had known that I needed to wear the retainers at night for the rest of my life, I would not have agreed to go through this process. So now I'm stuck paying a lot of money for these Invisalign's and I'm not happy with the results. I wish the doctor would have adjusted the price because I still have the gap in my front teeth. Also, since he knew he could not satisfy me with the results I wanted, I should not have been charged the full amount. Very unhappy, Juneau

Staff are friendly and very welcoming. I had a few issues where the technicians didn’t read my files properly twice I had to come back to retouch my braces brackets. Both time they realized that it was done incorrectly, didn’t fix it and just recommander that I come back once the bracket came off on their own, which is not suppose to happen. If done correctly I wouldn’t have had to come back. With our bus life if would be nice for staff to properly review notes prior and do things properly because it inconsciences the client when small errors like this can be prevented.

I’m definitely not one to leave bad reviews, but I’m here sharing my thoughts. Overall, my experience was just okay. The assistants and front desk staff were always kind and helpful. That said, I didn’t have a great experience with Dr. Ted Moore. At times he came across as condescending, and when I expressed that I wasn’t fully happy with my results (I still had a gap in my front teeth), I felt pressured to sign a form to end my treatment rather than heard. The other orthodontists I saw, like Dr. Krystal and Dr. David, were much more professional and took the time to listen, which I appreciated. Their rotating orthodontist model also made things confusing. Different doctors would suggest different plans on different visits, and it just didn’t always feel consistent from visit to visit. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re paying out of pocket and expect good results. That said, yes, my teeth are straight. But I think I would’ve been more satisfied with any other practice.

Fantastic orthodontist! Explained everything and why things need to be done. The staff is very friendly and efficient, put my daughter at ease. Highly recommend!
