I finished treatment today and would like to thank Samra orthodontics for giving me the best experience ever! I have no complaints. All of my appointments were easily made, their staff is absolutely amazing! Dr. Samra gave me exactly what i wanted and is super easy to talk to. He addressed all of my concerns and made sure i was happy at the end of treatment. Their prices are fair and payment plans are very reasonable. Thank you again!

I would definitely recommend Samra Orthodontics for anyone's oral care needs. What really sets them apart is the staff—they are genuinely awesome, caring, and always go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. My kids always had a smooth and positive experience here, whether it was for a routine check-in or an adjustment. The clinic is clean and well-organized, and they always run on time. If you're looking for quality care and a friendly environment, this is the place to go.

I would never recommend this place. They were only helpful in the beginning when we signed up for the service involving locking in payments. My 12 years old son is their client. For my household, going to clinics or medical building involving my kids is a family affair. This facility is anything but. I had numerous negative encounters with staff with the most basic request such as wanting to go in with my kid because they are afraid to go in alone. Medical staff would deny parents to stand by with their kids. I had this male staff denying me to stand by with my son stating that it is policy so when I asked for clarification, he then stated everyone is different. The front desk worker would always be on their phones and will do bare minimum to help when it comes to appointments. My son would go in and change his braces and not long after either the metal bars or glue would come off. We would call in the same day explaining that we were just their and that the glue or wires are coming off, instead of having us come back and fix the issue due to the wires poking my sons gum, the want to schedule the next day or two. And it takes a few minutes to fix. This is unacceptable especially when we are paying a hefty amount of money to their office. This is not the first time. I would never recommend this office to other families who care about their children. Especially to those families who are really involved with their kid’s health.

Samra Orthodontics is hands down the sweetest, most caring office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Samra is incredibly kind, gentle, and truly takes the time to explain everything and make you feel comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about each patient. The office staff is just as wonderful, always friendly, welcoming, and so helpful with scheduling and questions. Every visit feels personal and positive. I couldn’t recommend Samra Orthodontics more highly. They make you actually look forward to your appointments!

Samra Orthodontics were so helpful. I made an appointment because my Hawley retainer broke and I needed a replacement. I was expecting them to take weeks to get my retainer replaced. But turns out, I got x-rayed and my new retainer asap! Which was great! They also instructed me on how to keep my retainer clean for future reference! Highly recommend Samra Orthodontics for any dental needs!
