I never leave comments on social media, but after years of looking back at my teeth, I am not happy and have no confidence in my smile. All my friends and family ask me where I got my braces and why I have a gap after treatment. I feel extremely embarrassed. I regret choosing this office. There was no gap in my teeth before the braces, but after the treatment, a gap appeared. When I asked the orthodontist why my teeth now have a gap, he kept blaming different reasons. Eventually, he said he had already tried all available treatments. He then told me that if I wanted additional treatment, I would have to pay extra. I was shocked. The treatment was completed, but I was not satisfied with the results. When I first came in, I did not have a gap, but now I do. He also said that if I wanted the gap closed, he would need to sand my teeth down so the gap could close. I want real, natural teeth—not damaged or altered teeth—after treatment. I came here to get a better smile, not a worse one. I chose this office because of the 5-star reviews, but I later realized they mostly treat younger patients, not adults. It feels like they care more about money than about the patient’s smile or feelings after treatment. They could clearly see the issue when my braces were removed, but they chose to ignore it.

Every time I come here. The customer service is excellent. Brenda is very professional,, friendly, and take good care of me. I would recommend this office to everyone, and to Brenda as well. Thank you for taking such good care of me. I always walk out with a big, beautiful smile. Minh Tran
