I left this consultation extremely disappointed. I came in seeking a conservative orthodontic opinion for minor anterior tooth movement. I was told the only option would be to remove my existing dental implants, and that even filing between teeth would result in almost no movement. No alternative approaches were discussed, and the conversation felt very limited rather than exploratory or patient-centered. Additionally, the treatment room had a very strong body odor, which made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, this consultation did not feel thorough, thoughtful, or respectful of my goals. I would not return.

Our experience with Embrace has been nothing short of stellar. Dr. Chong and her staff are true professionals who work with you throughly to figure out the best course of care. My daughter was 9 when we first entered her office for a consultation for Invisalign. Her front teeth were very crooked and she had yet to lose any of her baby molars. I was very apprehensive in choosing Invisalign vs. regular metal braces due to the upkeep of Invisalign. She reassured us that’d she’d do great and to just be patient and take our time in making sure she’s comfortable with the plan Dr. Chong set up. 8 months later, her teeth are perfect and we are so happy! Dr. Chong is so sweet and personable and most of all, incredibly professional. It’s a hard balance to achieve and she does it. Her office is also very aesthetic, easy parking, and very clean.

We’ve had a great experience with Dr. Chong and the team at Embrace Smiles Orthodontic. The staff is incredibly kind and patient, and they really go out of their way to make kids feel comfortable. My daughter especially loves the robot and actually looks forward to her visits. It’s been such a positive experience all around, and I’m really glad we chose this office.

I have two kids doing orthodontic treatment with Dr Chong. They all have a good experience with her. They are happy with this place. She is patient, passionate and kind to the patients. The office is very clean and the customer service is nice as well. Thank you 😊

Extremely disappointing consultation. After looking at my teeth for about 10 seconds, Dr Chong had confidently explained the approach she would want to take. As I had begun to ask clarifying questions, citing previous consultations from other orthos ( I had been shopping for orthos in my area for some time), I was met with abrasive responses, essentially allowing Dr Chong to monopolizing the conversation to point where it felt like I couldn’t speak anymore. Dr. Chong is not shy to remind you of her impressive academic accolades if you attempt to supply her with any push back, plenty of orthos with years of experience and developed professionalism in the area.
