I stopped going that dentist. I felt the dentist had no compassion and talked to me about medication in waiting room with other patients present. Violated my privacy confidentiality rights i felt embarrasssed. Dentist could have talk to me privately.. i do not recommend this dentistry. No compassion. I tried to post no star. It wouldnt let me unless i clicked on a star.

I loved my experience. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. I have had unpleasant experiences with billing in other offices , in this office it was effortless. The hygienist was gentle I actually relaxed during my cleaning! Highly recommend this office.

I am here on a travel assignment for work and was due for my 6 month cleaning. I found out that I had two cavities. No big deal. When I went to check out and schedule my cavity fillings I was handed this treatment plan that my two cavity fillings was going to cost me $484.80. There were a ton of codes and it just didn’t seem right so I immediately called my friend who has been in dentistry for 20 years and she knew all of the codes and told me to call my insurance company because I was being up charged and all of those codes were insane. So we called my insurance company that told me my copay should only be $116 and they also wanted to know what all of those excessive codes were and why I was being charged $484. My insurance company called the dentist with me on 3 way to question the extra charges only to be told that those are “doctor preferences”. I was NEVER given that disclosure when I was handed this treatment plan or given the choice. They handed me this bill and told me my fillings were going to cost $484. This makes me FURIOUS because how many patients are they over charging without them knowing and adding on extras and “doctor preferences” and the patients don’t know any better because they don’t know dentistry or the codes or given that disclosure that a ton of additional upgrades were added to their bill. It’s very much scamming the patient!!!! My insurance company and myself asked for all of those codes to be removed and all of the “doctor preferences” to be removed and only charge me for the fillings with numbing. After a 45 min phone call my cavity fillings went from $484 down to my NORMAL copay of $117. This disgusted me at how much extra I was being charged without that disclosure of upgrades and extras. Wonderful practice! Sheree was very gentle while I was in pain. Dr. Kim has the best chair-side manner and was very thorough in discussing a treatment plan. And I was seen right at my appointment time! So happy to have found a dental practice with which I can feel comfortable and confident in the staff!
