They are easily the most patient and communicative practice I’ve visited, prioritizing my safety and concerns at every turn. Arrived at my appointment and was checked in and didn’t have to wait very long. Alexis did my cleaning, as always I felt comfortable while she cleaned my teeth. Dr Pham did my checkup and I was happy when he told me all was good with my teeth.

Staff at Riverside Tooth Company are wonderful! I'd had 35 years of poor or mediocre dental care which left me avoiding dentists, anxious when I had a dental issue (of which there were many) and wondering why I had dental insurance because nothing ever seemed to be covered. Alas, I found Riverside Tooth Company with Dr Z and was comfortable at last. Since then I have continued to have great care from the successive dentists at RTC ! The hygienists (kudos Janie, Maria, Alexis +) and office staff are the friendliest and more importantly highly professional and skilled. There is never a question what a procedure will cost - no surprises here as you have the opportunity to discuss prior to anything being done. Dr Pham has accommodated me when I've woken up with a tooth ache and recently took great care to check a recent root canal only to direct me to urgent care to check out my sinus pressure - it was a bad ear infection that caused pain in my face! Externally grateful to the staff at Riverside Tooth Company - highly recommend !!!

New patient appointment today. My experience was amazing, I was referred by a coworker. Alejandra was super sweet Dr Pham was also so nice! I went for a check up and cleaning, I always have anxiety with cleanings but Alexis was awesome she was super comforting throughout the process highly recommend! 10/10 customer service the whole office was so nice.

Great office personnel very nice and friendly. The dentist was very helpful and thorough. This will be our bew family dentist.
