I have nothing but great things to say about this dental office. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and all of the staff there are amazing!! I have never felt any pain and of course, nobody enjoys going to the dentist but they do make it easy! So thankful I found them, highly recommend

Don’t get tricked by all the fake reviews from their own staff. They’ll be nice to you and act like they care, then they’ll size you up to see how easy you are. After that they charge you and get ahold of your insurance and keep billing for things that were never done. I’m still getting insurance bills months later for tooth extractions and cavities that were never performed. I only went there for braces and paid out of pocket. These people are shady. Want to know how? Ask for the doctor who is actually in charge of the office and ask for their credentials — not the contracted doctors, the registered owner of the office. She won’t be there. You won’t see her. It’s a bunch of regular people running the place using someone else’s credentials. If you’ve been to this office, audit your records.

Dental experts of Riverside are amazing. The staff gets 10 stars the office cleanness gets 20 stars. They need to open one in Los Angeles. I drive all the way from Burbank just to get my teeth cleaned Despite all the traffic . That’s how amazing they are.!

When I began treatment at this office I was led to believe that Reyna Romero and Cesar Espinosa were the licensed dentists and certified owners of the practice. I later learned this was not true. They are not the licensed owners. My actual treatment started in February 2025 and included a dental implant. After the implant I continued to have significant ongoing discomfort and pain that the office never properly addressed or resolved. When I requested my complete medical records and billing statements, serious problems became clear. The clinical records and the insurance billing both show treatment beginning as early as 2023 — even though I did not start care until February 2025. The dates were altered. I had to wait more than a month for Reyna Romero and Jazmin Orozco to release my documents. They only provided the records after I told them I would involve the Dental Board if they continued to withhold them. I later did file complaints with the Dental Board and with my insurance company. The fact that the records were finally turned over only after that pressure makes it clear that Reyna Romero and Jazmin Orozco were the ones controlling and delaying the release of my medical and billing records. This combination of problems is serious: • Misrepresentation of who the licensed owners and doctors actually are • Altered treatment dates in both clinical records and insurance billing • Prolonged refusal to release a patient’s own records until the Dental Board was threatened • Failure to properly address post-implant complications Patients have a right to know who is truly licensed and responsible for their care. They have a right to accurate records that reflect the actual dates and treatment they received. They should not have to fight for over a month and threaten regulatory action just to obtain their own documents. If you have already received treatment at this office, I urge you to obtain and carefully review your complete medical records and do a proper investigation. Look at your insurance billing documents as well and make sure that all the dates and services listed align with the care you actually received. Discrepancies like the ones I found should not be ignored. I expected honest information and proper care. What I encountered instead was a practice that misrepresented its ownership, altered records, and only released my documents under pressure. Other patients deserve to be warned so they can protect themselves.

I have been going here for years now and my treatments only get better. I am extremely pleased with every single service I receive. I recommend them 💯 !!!!!!
