Oakland Orthodontics: Dr. Rebong and Dr. Agazzi

Dr. Rebong is simply the GOAT. He is extremely knowledgeable, calm, and endlessly patient in explaining *everything* in the treatment plan--including the detailed rationale of WHY he's recommending certain procedures (and also why he's not recommending others). In my experience, it is rare to find a orthodontist these days that will take the time to make sure that their patient is thoroughly educated and comfortable with their treatment plan. He's such a gem. On top of that all, he goes out of his way make himself accessible to his patients, even on the weekend. Very blessed to be under his care. Oh, and the office staff is very sweet--especially Angie and Sarah!

Wow! On a holiday my kid had a very painful wire malfunction I couldn’t reach my child’s orthodontist. In desperation I reached out to Oakland Orthodontics and Dr. Rebong answered the phone and kindly, patiently and calmly listened to our situation and coached me through a remedy—so we ended up enjoying our Christmas instead of dealing with pain. This patience, generosity, and knowledge sharing for a kid who wasn’t even his patient was above and beyond what anyone could expect—but I got the sense that he really just wanted to be of help. Thank you so much Dr. Rebong!

I love this place. They are flexible and do check ins after your braces are off. They treat every client the same regardless of the type of service you are there for. I originally had braces put on and spent 2 years with a different dentist, in the area, only to cut it off due to no progress. I had the wires and brackets removed to let my jaw go back to its original state and started fresh with Dr. Rebong. He is extremely patient and provides realistic time lines. After removing the braces, my regular dentist was even impressed by the clean up of the glue residue and no staining!! As mentioned before, I love that they still do checkups after braces to ensure all of the time well spent on your teeth are still beautiful as ever. Definitely recommend!! They also have parking!!

Love my treatment plan from Dr. Rebong. He helped me get my smile back and even helped me find a great periodontist near my house. Everyone at his practice is so professional and kind, every visit there feels so comfortable. I’ve never felt that way before when seeing someone for my teeth. So highly recommend!
