I've been going to Laurel Smile for over 5 years now, and they are like friends. Their professionalism and patient care are top-notch! Dr. Sibhatu performed a crown inlay on my front tooth, and the level of detail he took to match the crown to my tooth was exceptional. Even when I thought it was great, he saw where it could be improved, down to matching the shape and color of the crown to my permanent teeth. Now, I get compliments about my teeth and smile all the time! Dr. Ha is great as well, and I look forward to seeing and chatting with my hygienist every six months. Matching

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Laurel Smiles Dentistry is amazing. Mary Marina and Deeanne are total pros—kind, efficient, and somehow make dental visits feel… pleasant? Wild. Dr. Pollack treated my sleep apnea with a soft palate laser (yes, that sentence is real), and it was way smoother and less intimidating than I expected. Clear explanations, steady hands, and zero drama. Bonus points: they resurrected my absolutely disgusting retainer (I’m talking crime-scene level) and made me a new night guard after I literally chewed through the last one like a determined raccoon. The new guard fits perfectly, and my jaw—and sleep—are very grateful. If you need smart care, modern tech, and a team that doesn’t judge your dental sins, Laurel Smiles Dentistry is the place.

My first time at Laurel Smile Dentistry. My previous dentist cancelled me three times, and as 2025 ended on 31 December, Laurel Smile Dentistry took me in the same day. They were courteous and kind. I was able to get my teeth cleaned, rescheduled for a crown replacement, and referred to another service to treat an infection growing in the root of the tooth. They use state-of-the-art technology in this industry, and I am grateful to them for keeping my teeth and hygiene secure.

If I could do multiple reviews I would, because Dr. Sibhatu is wonderful! The hygenist and other team members that work on your teeth are fantastic!! On my first visit Rafael gave me a tour which I thought was a nice touch. The only reason this is not 5 stars is for two reasons. 1) the PHONE SYSTEM and 2) getting reimbursed after my insurance pays out. The phone system needs to be adjusted. When you call on day they are open or a day they are closed, you get put in the same queue that says "you can contiue holding or press 0 and a team member will call you back". I've tried both and sat on hold multiple times for over 40 minutes. I learned later that the office was closed in some cases. Today I tried the chat (while still on hold) and the "web coordinator" Edmond was nice enough to quickly respond and he said he would send my info to the office but couldn't help with my specific question. He said the office was open till 5pm, not sure why I would be holding for so long? And - when the office is closed - instead of putting someone in the "hold" queue just have a message that says "the office is closed". Develop an SLA on returning calls, so we know what to expect. "if we receive your message before 2pm we will call you back the same day" or something like that. Being left in limbo is frustrating. Now to the second item - REIMBURSEMENT. The front office is very non-chalant about it. "oh yeah, you are getting some money back, will send you a check". How much? When? Again an SLA would be nice - "within 7-10 business days after we are paid by the insurance company" seems reasonable? Denistry is expensive, these are 100's of dollars and sometimes 1000's - so having a professional response that demonstrates that amount of money is important, would be great. Again the staff that work on your teeth AMAZING and of course I will be back, because that is the most important thing. But I hope you take these notes as consturctive feedback and work on the PHONE SYSTEM and the REIMBURSMENT communication and response. Thank You!
