Hillside View Orthodontics is truly in a class of its own. From the reception team to the insurance coordinator and, of course, Dr. Ng, every part of the experience is top-tier. I was actually a patient here as a teen and returned 20 years later for Invisalign—and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, the team was welcoming, professional, and wonderful to work with. My consultation was smooth, all of my options were clearly explained, and the payment options were flexible and stress-free. Throughout the entire process, the team took the time to explain each step in a way that was easy to understand and always made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. Four members of our family have received orthodontic treatment at Hillside over the last 7 years, and we have only positive reviews about our experience. I did Invisalign as an adult and three of our children received orthodontic care - I was in/out of their office quite a bit. The front staff is consistently friendly, efficient and responsive. Dr. Ikeda is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. The practice is organized and appointments run on time, which makes scheduling pull outs for school and stacking other appointments much easier.
