Exceptional service from start to finish. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, Maribel was wonderful and helped me get in the same day. Walking into the office felt completely different from a typical dental visit — in the best way. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone I interacted with, from the front desk staff to the doctor and hygienist, was polite and professional.

Apparently corporate schedules multiple appointments for the same time without checking with the local office you're going to. So there are multiple appointments for your same appointment time and they prioritize their orthodontic braces program over normal dental appointments. So I was left sitting there for over 2 hours and when I asked the receptionist when I would be seen as my appointment was supposed to be 2 hours ago. She said since they're doing the braces program it's probably going to be a long time I.e a couple more hours so I left. Apparently they have no control over corporate scheduling appointments via the phone or Web and even then when it's a normal day appointments may still be hours after the appointment time.

I had a great experience thank you to the dental assistant Maribel. We ran into some unexpected issues with our insurance, and what could have been a very stressful and frustrating situation was made so much easier only because of her honesty, patience, and willingness to help. She took the time to explain everything clearly and worked with us to get everything figured out. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and I’m so grateful for her help.

Maribel has been so kind every single time I have gone in there; she is very patient and very attentive with people. She made it very comforting going there since I was a bit scared and nervous. If I could I would give a higher rating. ✨

I rarely do reviews but this has been the best customer service experience at a Western Dental Dentist office, ever. I only waited 5 mins to be prayed and a few mins to see the dentist. I didn't feel rushed, the Dr. Cercenia, took her time to explain areas that needed improvement. She was patient and thorough. She answered all my questions. The office manager, Isabel, had amazing customer service from the moment I met with her. She explained the prices and that Western Dental has in house financing.
