Great experience for my nephew! Selene the office manager was amazing from the moment he walked in he was greeted and welcomed with a smile. Selene made sure he was comfortable during his visit and sent him home with a goodie bag and toy.! He is excited to go back and asked to go when she is there. Thank you Selene

Dentist, Ortho & staff are very friendly. I have 3 boys that go here and they like it. Only complaint is usually there is a wait.

Very disappointing experience — especially when treating a child who is afraid of the dentist I am extremely disappointed with the way my grandson was treated at this dental office. He is a child who is genuinely afraid of the dentist and, like many children with dental anxiety, he can become nervous, wiggle, and have difficulty cooperating during cleanings, exams, and treatment. I understand that working with an anxious child can be challenging, but I expected patience, compassion, and an effort to make him feel safe and comfortable. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. On multiple occasions—more than three different appointments—my grandson had difficulty opening his mouth for treatment. Instead of taking the time to comfort him, explain what was going to happen, build trust, or try another approach, the doctor became frustrated, removed their gloves, said, “I’m not doing this,” and walked out of the room. This was extremely upsetting to witness. A child who is already afraid of the dentist needs reassurance and patience, not to feel as though the dentist is frustrated or unwilling to work with them. What is even more concerning is that treatment was repeatedly not completed, yet we were never given a recommendation to see a pediatric dental specialist or another provider who may have been better equipped to work with a fearful or uncooperative child. Instead, the situation was essentially left unresolved. In my opinion, professionalism and good patient care involve recognizing when a child needs additional support and taking appropriate steps to help that child receive necessary dental treatment—even if that means referring the family to a specialist who has the training and resources to manage significant dental anxiety. I am not expecting a dentist to force a frightened child to cooperate. I am expecting compassion, communication, professionalism, and appropriate guidance when treatment cannot be completed. Unfortunately, we did not feel that my grandson received those things. I hope this office considers how these interactions affect young patients. A negative experience can make an already fearful child even more afraid of dental care. Children deserve to feel safe, respected, and cared for when they are in the dental chair. We did fortunately find a new dental office that provided the care my grandson needed to get his treatment done.

I really like the service here and the workers are very sweet and nice , dulce is very nice and attentive every time I come and so is lety she very nice as well every time I come they are good at there job ! . I always look forward to my appointments every month .
