Her attention to detail and calm demeanor made the appointment very comfortable. I truly appreciate her dedication to patient care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality dental service.

First time here. Staff was friendly. The whole process was smooth to get xrays taken and have a cleaning. The dentists assessment of my teeth was accurate to what I already knew and he had a solution to help a problem I was having right away. I'll be back.

I was a patient at this dental practice for over two years, and unfortunately, my recent experience has been very disappointing. Earlier this year, the office underwent major staff changes, and since then, I’ve noticed significant issues with billing and communication. At my most recent visit in July 2025, I was informed by the new team that there were outstanding insurance-related balances from previous visits that I had not been made aware of before. I was surprised and confused by this, as I had always believed my account to be up to date based on prior communications. The new office manager explained that the billing system had been handled differently in the past and apologized for the confusion. However, I was still told that I needed to pay the full balance anyway. Feeling anxious about the situation, I paid a total of $3,166 out of pocket — covering my ClearCorrect treatment, teeth whitening, and the disputed insurance portion — to resolve the matter. Shortly after making the payment, I was asked to sign a document described as a “receipt.” Later, I realized that the paperwork also included language related to the billing dispute, which I hadn’t fully understood at the time. This left me feeling misled and disappointed about how the situation was handled. I later reached out to the director of operations to request reimbursement of $1,666 that I believe was charged in error. The proposed solution offered was a promotional adjustment. Since my primary dentist, Dr. Vick Grewal, had left the practice earlier in 2025, this resolution did not seem appropriate for my circumstances. After I declined, my follow-up emails went unanswered. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and has caused me to lose confidence in the practice. I would advise anyone considering becoming a patient here to review all billing statements and documents carefully and make sure to clarify any charges or agreements in writing. What used to be a smooth and professional experience under Dr. Grewal’s care has unfortunately become confusing and difficult to navigate.
