Great visit. Just received my first set of retainers. Everyone explained everything thoroughly and also asked if I had questions. I had assistance with making my follow up appointment and everyone was so cordial. What a well run location.

Dr. Alpan is the real deal. Top-notch technology, a friendly and professional team, and quick, efficient appointments make the whole experience easy. My smile has improved dramatically since starting Invisalign, and I actually look forward to my visits. Highly recommend Dr. Alpan if you want results and a smooth process.

I started ortho work at this location back in 2010, I think I was 10 or 11. I actually had to get braces TWICE from this location because I didn't wear my retainers as a kid. I learned my lesson and I finished up my braces years ago. I purchased multiple pairs of Vivera retainers after my initial procedures. I pushed the lifespan of the retainers for 8 years and they got old and loose. I visited again after 8 years this month (May) to get new retainers. Since I've been a patient for more than half my life, I decided to leave this review. My experience at the 3rd Street location has been consistently great. I don't recall ever being nervous there even when I was starting as a kid. The ladies at the front desk were just as friendly as I remembered. They were transparent about the cost of the retainers and efficient with scheduling the appointments. The office was still clean and organized how I remembered it. Roger was was the technician that helped me out for these two visits (I don't know his exact title). He was friendly from the get-go and helped me with advice on maintaining my Vivera retainers. Dr. Alpan just checked out the retainer fits this time around, but still as friendly and professional as I remembered. My experience here was specifically for braces and retainers. I would highly recommended Alpan Orthodontics, and this location, if you need to get similar work done!

I had a great experience at Alpan Orthodontics yesterday. I have been a patient at the 3rd Street location since 2015. I return each year for a retainer checkup. It always goes very smoothly. Everyone is so nice at the office. Jessica and Sistena are at the desk to welcome you and take care of your needs. They are friendly and kind. Eddie reviewed my history with me and took my retainers for a machine cleaning. Adrian followed up with a manual cleaning as well. It was a very thorough job. They look and fit great. Dr. Brittany Link provided excellent service and care. She checked my mouth. She checked my retainer thoroughly for cracks and wear and tear. My "Invisalign Vivera" retainer is over 2 years old, and holding up very well. These retainers are sturdier than my previous standard retainers. I highly recommend Alpan Orthontics for all of your ortho needs. You will have a wonderful experience.

I love Dr. Alpan’s office! The staff is so kind, organized, and welcoming every time I come in. I’m doing Invisalign and they’ve made the whole process so easy that I can still live my normal life without it feeling like a hassle. Dr. Alpan and the team truly care about their patients and make every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!
