I honestly only post reviews if the office staff and/or doctor is amazing or awful. In this case this review is AMAZING! The office itself is very clean, and that is a huge plus for me. Also, it's kid friendly, with video games and toy machines which is cool, I mean what kid doesn't like those things. Dr J, is a great doctor, very kind and gentle with his patients, you can tell he genuinely cares for all his patients. The office staff are all very helpful and professional and they actually know what they are doing. Unfortunately, we don't see that often these days. I have even called and spoke to an Amber, my life is hectic, but she was patient and worked with me to get me an appointment. This office is in a good location and there is plenty of parking, which is nice. So, if you are new and are looking for a good ortho, this is the place. It's a WIN WIN!!!

My son goes to West LA Orthodontics and so far so good. Dr. J is very hands on, goal is to have my son teeth come out with a beautiful straighter smile. The staff are amazing, they’re friendly and very accommodating. Their new office is very very well situated, very happy with this change! It is very kid friendly, clean and fun stuffs for kids.

From the very first phone call, the experience was absolutely amazing we love Amber. The front office staff was welcoming, kind, and so helpful, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Every single person in the office went above and beyond to make the visit smooth and stress free. You can truly tell they care about their patients. I’m so glad I chose this orthodontic office and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent care and an incredible team.

Dr. J is truly the best!!! He is the most accommodating, patient and warm person. He goes out of his way to explain every part of the process and genuinely cares that I end up with a result I will be happy with. My teeth were extremely crooked to the point that I thought they were not fixable without actual braces (which was not going to happen) but my teeth have fully straightened out after only about 7 months of treatment. I couldn’t be happier with Dr. J and would recommend anyone who wants to make any kind of adjustment to their smile to go see him and with haste!!!

Dr.J is the best. He’s done my son and 3 of my nephews braces. He’s so great with his patients that our kids don’t dread coming to see him. I always thought it would be so expensive to get my son braces but Dr.J offers affordable payment plans. I recommend him to ALL my family and friends.,I could go on forever telling you how great he is and his staff . They’re so flexible with scheduling. They’re amazing 🤩 By the way he sees all ages not just kids.
