Every single person in the office went above and beyond to make the visit smooth and stress free. You can truly tell they care about their patients. Dr. J is truly the best!!! He is the most accommodating, patient and warm person. He goes out of his way to explain every part of the process and genuinely cares that I end up with a result I will be happy with. My teeth were extremely crooked to the point that I thought they were not fixable without actual braces (which was not going to happen) but my teeth have fully straightened out after only about 7 months of treatment. I couldn’t be happier with Dr. J and would recommend anyone who wants to make any kind of adjustment to their smile to go see him and with haste!!!

Dr.J is the best. He’s done my son and 3 of my nephews braces. He’s so great with his patients that our kids don’t dread coming to see him. I always thought it would be so expensive to get my son braces but Dr.J offers affordable payment plans. I recommend him to ALL my family and friends.,I could go on forever telling you how great he is and his staff . They’re so flexible with scheduling. They’re amazing 🤩 By the way he sees all ages not just kids.

After making multiple attempts to resolve the issue privately, I'm posting this to share my experience so others know what to expect before seeking treatment here. During Invisalign attachment removal, my front teeth were left with visible scratch marks and roughness that were not there before treatment. I also experienced significant pain during the removal to the point where I had to ask them to stop halfway through the process and return at a later date to finish. When I raised these concerns, Dr. Shouhed tried to convince me that the pain was likely because I was "nervous" (I wasn't), dismissing what was clearly real, physical pain, and assured my teeth would smooth out on their own (which they did not). The damage is still there nearly a year later and my teeth are more sensitive than before. Also, one of my original concerns about tooth flare was never addressed, despite being assured multiple times that Invisalign would fix it. No elastics/rubber bands or additional measures were taken and the issue was not resolved by the end of treatment. Two separate dentists both confirmed surface damage, advised against additional polishing because it would remove more enamel, and explained that cosmetic treatment such as veneers would be the only way to correct the marks. I tried multiple times to discuss this with Dr. Shouhed and requested an appropriate refund. Rather than taking responsibility, my concerns were minimized, I was repeatedly pushed to come back in for additional polishing despite clearly expressing my discomfort, and communication from him eventually stopped altogether. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, especially given the cost. Invisalign treatment should not result in permanent enamel damage nor should a patient feel dismissed or ignored when raising legitimate concerns. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for Invisalign or orthodontic treatment.
