I always have such a great experience at Dr. Prero’s office. The staff is wonderful with scheduling appointments, and I never feel rushed during my visits. Dr. Dovi always gives me his full attention, takes the time to answer all of my questions, and even asks if there’s anything I’d like to change or improve throughout the process. I had an especially great experience with Cristina today. She helped me get a new scan and was incredibly kind, patient, and respectful throughout the whole process. Dr. Prero provides orthodontic care for all three of my children, and our experience with him and his wonderful team has been exceptional. They clearly explain each treatment plan, making sure every child knows what to expect and feels calm and comfortable.
