Thurman Orthodontics

My experience is horrible. If you don’t have at least 5k upfront don’t come here. Yes they give you a flexible monthly rate however they won’t see you. If you work in a school setting which won’t have a job in the summer they are not understanding they want their money. However I haven’t been seen since February. I haven’t made a payment in July and August. Nobody has called or anything but sure call for payments. So if you work in the education field or work in the field that is hard to get a day from work don’t come here.

I got my braces 2 weeks ago and my experience has been great so far. From the very first appointment I haven’t had to wait at all to get seen and their availability for adjustments is great. The staff made sure I was very comfortable during all my visits and I look forward to all my future appointments.

This place is the best to take your family if you need braces. Took my son here after having a bad experience with an other orthodontic they made him he feel comfortable. You always feel welcome when you walk in l.

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Thurman and the entire orthodontic team! From the very first consultation, everyone was friendly, professional, and made my daughter feel comfortable. Dr. Thurman took the time to explain the treatment plan thoroughly and answered all of our questions. Scheduling her braces appointment was quick and easy, and the entire process went smoothly. After she got her braces, we were pleasantly surprised when the office called a few days later to check on how she was doing. That personal follow-up really showed how much they care about their patients. We truly appreciate the outstanding care and attention we've received and highly recommend Dr. Thurman to anyone looking for an orthodontist!

We are new to Thurman, but we have had a great experience so far. The staff has been warm and welcoming. The office is cute and clean. Appointments have been timely! We visited 2 different orthodontists for consults. I have lasting effects from braces as a kid and was very concerned for my kids. They actually caught the things I was worried about (short roots) prior to me mentioning them. They explained how we can monitor. They offered very minimal treatment. They made us feel confident and comfortable!
