Dr. Thurman and his staff are absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, the office has such a welcoming and positive atmosphere — it honestly feels like they pump the same air as Disneyland in there. Every staff member is friendly, kind, and professional. Anytime we had questions, they always took the time to explain everything clearly and educate us throughout the process. My son went through two phases of braces, and the care we received the entire time was exceptional. They offer affordable payment plans and truly work with families to make treatment manageable. Dr. Thurman himself takes the time to talk with parents and patients, which makes a huge difference. One thing I really noticed was how well Dr. Thurman and his staff communicate with each other. You can see the teamwork and organization throughout the office. Dr. Thurman goes chair to chair reviewing progress, making adjustments, and personally checking on each patient. He always explains what’s happening and what to expect at the next visit. Every time I brought my son in, Dr. Thurman was intentional, attentive, and caring. We are so grateful for the experience we’ve had and highly recommend Dr. Thurman and his team to anyone looking for orthodontic care!

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Thurman and the entire orthodontic team! From the very first consultation, everyone was friendly, professional, and made my daughter feel comfortable. Dr. Thurman took the time to explain the treatment plan thoroughly and answered all of our questions. Scheduling her braces appointment was quick and easy, and the entire process went smoothly. After she got her braces, we were pleasantly surprised when the office called a few days later to check on how she was doing. That personal follow-up really showed how much they care about their patients. We are new to Thurman, but we have had a great experience so far. The staff has been warm and welcoming. The office is cute and clean. Appointments have been timely! We visited 2 different orthodontists for consults. I have lasting effects from braces as a kid and was very concerned for my kids. They actually caught the things I was worried about (short roots) prior to me mentioning them. They explained how we can monitor. They offered very minimal treatment. They made us feel confident and comfortable!

I got my braces 2 weeks ago and my experience has been great so far. From the very first appointment I haven’t had to wait at all to get seen and their availability for adjustments is great. The staff made sure I was very comfortable during all my visits and I look forward to all my future appointments.
