I always have an amazing experience at this dental office. Everyone is always so welcoming and professional. I’m usually nervous when it comes to the dentist but they made everything feel smooth and easy. The dentist and staff make you feel like a priority, not just another patient. They listen, explain everything, and make you feel comfortable. I’m really happy I found this place and I will always recommend them to anyone!

This place was awful! I took my client that is blind here to get work done and they were so rude not once did they greet us or talk to us professionally. Once we went to the back one of the staff members were talking to us rudely and didn’t respect my clients disability and stated “Your Disability Isn’t That Bad If You Can Hear Us Fine” she’s blind and wanted to know what was being done not def. So she declined X-rays because she wasn’t comfortable being around individuals that claimed her disability wasn’t that bad. Moral of the story anybody with a disability is not treated fairly here and staff is unprofessional. And to the individual replying to this it isn’t a “Lie” you’re just trying to cover it up Yes I was in the room when X-rays were performed until another worker came in and stated I wasn’t allowed in and then she proceeded to tell my client her disability “wasn’t that bad” if she’s coherent.

This place is amazing. They are friendly, caring and kind. They do a great job here they make me feel safe. For all my appointments I get seen right away and most important this office is very clean.

Lexi The hygienist was super sweet. She made me feel so comfortable. I was so nervous to come get work done but she made me feel so at peace. Love this place so much I’m bringing the whole family.

I usually refrain from posting negative comments, but I hope the dentist/owner sees this post. I called to schedule an appointment with Agripina, or whoever is at scheduling. First, she agreed to book me for the next appointment, as someone had canceled and I was in need of care; therefore, the doctor will be able to see me. A few minutes later, I was called again to confirm my insurance, which I couldn't provide at that moment since I was at the store, and I was told that I would need to have that information on hand. I asked if I could book the appointment and call early the next morning, but at first, she agreed. However, a few minutes later, she called again, and she then changed her mind about what she wanted to do, which left me confused. I asked for clarification as to what she wanted me to do, and as a result, she refused to book an appointment and hung up the phone on me. I understand that he is a good doctor, but his staff is what deters people from coming back. I hope he finds better staff, as these people will ruin his business. I will look elsewhere for care. They have lost a patient for life and my family members. I will never recommend this business as long as she works there.
