We are so incredibly grateful to have found such an amazing orthodontist for our family. From the very beginning, Dr. Brian and staff has been nothing short of wonderful. Dr. Brian is patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what he does. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients and takes great pride in his work. What stood out to us most is the time and care he gives. He never makes us feel rushed, always takes the time to explain things, and makes sure we understand every step of the process. Dr. Brian has made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and positive for our child — and for us as parents. We have been so happy with the care and results that we are now trusting him with our second child as well. We wouldn’t choose anyone else! It’s rare to find someone who is not only incredibly skilled at what they do, but who also has such a kind and caring approach. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The orthodontist took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. I had an exceptional experience at Smile Lab in Anaheim Hills, largely thanks to Kristin at the reception desk. She was incredibly helpful in breaking down insurance details for me. Kristyn has a natural talent for explaining insurance, making it seem easy and understandable. Her professionalism and insight were very impressive. Moreover, the entire staff at Smile Lab is remarkable. They are not only informative but also radiate positivity. It's wonderful to visit a dental office where the staff knows you on a first-name basis, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Smile Lab for their outstanding team and exceptional service.

Absolutely amazing experience at this office. All the staff and doctors are so caring and go above and beyond in their care. I was extremely impressed with all the latest technology in the office and how comfortable and easy the visit was. The doctors (Harvard and Columbia trained) really spend the time to examine you, explain to you your options, and treat you like a family member. Not like any other dentist or orthodontist I have ever been to before!
