My girls love going to Dr. Brian so far! He is kind, communicative and thoughtful in his approach to orthodontic design and his team is wonderful! I know that my girls are in good hands and look forward to the final "product". 100% recommend!

Searching for an orthodontist as an adult can be a daunting task- especially when doing so blindly. After a previous consultation with a different provider, I left feeling defeated and unsure of my next steps in my dental journey. Wanting a second opinion, I found The Hills Orthodontics on Yelp and snagged the last appointment for 8AM the following day. Unfortunately, when I arrived I was informed that the doctors were not present in the office that day. Ms. Kara (who introduced herself to me after she opened the office) apologized profusely for the system and made it her priority to ensure that I was taken care of and had an appointment that worked with my schedule. Had it not been for her warmth, kindness, and willingness to fix the wrong- something I place high value in as a Healthcare Professional- I don’t know if I would have moved forward with as much ease as I did. If their front of house was this wonderful, I was excited to meet the rest of the team. My rescheduled appointment with Dr. Brian was so awesome! Not only was was he knowledgeable, he was so easy to talk to and very honest and realistic with the goals we’d agreed on. I loved that Dr. Brian said the goal was to enhance my natural smile rather than forge something completely new. I trusted this office so implicitly when he asked when I wanted to do this, I said “NOW PLEASE!” I was ready to take the plunge and their care helped me get there. I am so excited to start my journey with Ms. Kara, Dr. Brian and the rest of the team at The Hills Orthodontics and encourage others to take the plunge or at least, dip a toe.

I had an exceptional experience at Smile Lab in Anaheim Hills, largely thanks to Kristin at the reception desk. She was incredibly helpful in breaking down insurance details for me. Kristyn has a natural talent for explaining insurance, making it seem easy and understandable. Her professionalism and insight were very impressive. Moreover, the entire staff at Smile Lab is remarkable. They are not only informative but also radiate positivity. It's wonderful to visit a dental office where the staff knows you on a first-name basis, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Smile Lab for their outstanding team and exceptional service.

I went to the Hills orthodontics for Invisalign and it has been a great experience. From the very first scans, it was low pressure and was an easy going interaction. We talked through all the treatment options, the pros and cons of some and then they let me take my time in deciding what path I wanted to take forward. The staff was always pleasant, easy to communicate with and answered promptly.

I had a really bad experience at another well-known dentist’s office (Western Dental) that left me traumatized, but coming to The Hill’s Orthodontist was a complete night-and-day difference! From the very first day, everyone was so welcoming and inviting. Kara (the MVP receptionist!) was amazing—she guided me through the entire process and made everything so smooth. She was compassionate, clear, and always kept me informed, so I never had to wonder what was going on. Dr. Brian was also fantastic! He helped me customize my gold braces with the exact color I wanted, and the whole experience was stress-free. I’m so happy I chose The Hill’s Orthodontist—they truly care about their patients and make the journey enjoyable. Highly recommend!
