Extremely satisfied with the services I've had with cavity removal, crown addition and deep cleaning. Shout out to Bonnie the hygienist who is gentle and thorough with deep cleaning and teeth wellness.

I had been a patient here before when it was Dr. Chet Desai’s office, so I was shocked by how different my recent visit felt. The moment I walked in, the receptionist gave me a very sales-oriented vibe. It wasn’t the sweet lady, Karen, who was normally there and always made patients feel welcome. After I was taken back, they started taking what felt like an endless number of X-rays. At one point, I had to ask them to remove one of the X-ray pieces because it was causing so much pain. I left with cuts on the inside of my cheek and tongue from how uncomfortable it was. Later, a doctor I’d never met before came in. That’s when I realized it was no longer Dr. Chet Desai’s practice. After that, I sat in the chair for about 45 minutes without anyone checking on me. Eventually, someone came in with a long list of recommended treatments. Everything about the office felt different. It’s clear that this is no longer the same practice, it appears to have been taken over by a corporation, and the experience reflects that. If you’re reading older reviews, keep in mind they were written for a completely different doctor and staff. Don’t assume those reviews represent what you’ll experience today. I do want to mention that Stephanie, who was part of the original team, is still there and was kind and professional. She was one of the few familiar faces from the old office. Unfortunately, the warm, personal atmosphere that kept me coming back for years is gone. I left feeling more like a sales opportunity than a patient, and that was disappointing.

All of the staff members did an excellent job with explaining what their roles were, what they were assessing, and why. They also gave great tips for improving dental hygiene health, which I greatly appreciated. Also, everyone was very kind and welcoming. Very content with this dentist office!

Grate work, very professional. The staff are always welcoming with a smile. I had work with great results, I recommend DR. DESAI to every person .

so we finally tried that place on lincoln and honestly i was suprized how good the service was. felt like they actualy listened to what i wanted for once. the cleaning was thorough and they didnt try to upsell me on a bunch of extra junk. my only tiny gripe is the parking lot is a nightmare its almost full by 9am. but get there early and youll be fine. overall id go back for sure if i need anything else.
