Monica Moore is soooooo AWESOME!!! She really helped me get my son scheduled for Leap Kids! What an amazing experience, I had over just a phone call for scheduling. Monica is truly a great asset to the company! I highly recommend this company if she’s answering the phone. Way to go Monica!

I had a wisdom tooth removal outpatient surgery in July 2019 at Impact Oral Surgery in Bryant, AR. No billing was taken care of prior to surgery. I was told to be at the office by 10am, and it was 2pm before I was taken back for surgery, so there was plenty of wait time to take care of any billing/payment arrangements prior to the oral surgery. After surgery, I was understandably high from medication, and wheeled out the back door in a wheelchair to my driver for the ride home. I never received a billing statement until December 2019. Upon receiving the statement I made a payment (not in full), and awaited the next billing statement which never came. Impact Oral Surgery/Rock Dental Brand turned me over to RMC Collection Agency for a balance of $169.80 after receiving only ONE billing statement and NO communication. I called the collection company and Impact Dental in Bryant to sort out the situation and try to avoid a negative report on my credit report. The entire situation could have been prevented by a billing statement or proper communication. I paid the balance in full the day I received the collection statement in the mail, which was July 15, 2020. So in one YEARS time, I received ONE billing statement before being turned over to collections. I would be very cautious about doing business with Rock Dental Brands.

Extremely rude people work here. very disheartening. As a disabled veteran, one would think they would be more compassionate, but quite the opposite. Very elitist type attitudes. Arrogant and ignorant to the community they are in.

I got my teeth cleaned s couple of times there and it was a positive experience, however when I got 2 fillings, I was surprised to find both misplaced between my teeth and started falling just 3 weeks after!! Now I'll have to get the fillings done again while still paying an extra bill I just received! Very inconvenient and unprofessional!

It is a very good place to when you in need of dental care this one lady Jamonica Moore was so sweet n nice I would love to keep coming back.😊
