This first visit could not have been more pleasant or amazing. It was seriously one of the best encounters in a medical type setting I have ever had. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and explained clearly all of our options and patiently answered all of our questions. Sarah was wonderful, and Dr. Jones was fantastic! They were wonderful with the kids, infusing humor and warmth and answering all their questions as well. We were admittedly a bit nervous (I have two children both seen at once) but felt immediately at ease, as did they kids (in fact they told me it was the best "dentist place" ever ...high praise from 11 year olds :). We felt well informed of options, not pushed and really felt seen and heard and comfortable moving forward. I'm looking forward to working with Dr. Jones and his fantastic staff.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jones and his incredible team. They are not only highly skilled but also genuinely compassionate and patient with their patients. Their kindness makes navigating the process feel so much more manageable and comforting. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jones and his team to anyone who needs orthodontic care.

David & Jones Orthodontics has been a wonderful experience my child and myself. They are always very friendly and efficient. Dr. Jones always has time to make his patients feel special and answer any questions. We have never had to wait past our appointment time to be seen. We just got our braces off and wound very much recommend Dr. Jones.

I went for a consultation, based on my dentist’s recommendation. I cannot say enough about how efficient, kind, professional, and helpful everyone was. I’m an adult with a somewhat complicated situation. Dr. Jones explained everything very well and will discuss the options with my dentist (who would be involved with the treatment) before talking to me about my choices moving forward. I appreciate having all the information before deciding, and I couldn’t be more pleased that they are going to the trouble to figure out what will work best for me. I like them so much I also scheduled a consult for my niece while I was there. Special shout out to Sara(h), with whom I spent the most time. She’s wonderful. Thank you!
