Everyone at this office is so kind and friendly! Been coming to Dr Kassman for a year now and they are always the same- attentive, detailed and great with kids of all ages! Dr Kassman and staff are generous and community-minded as well! Desiree is always very personable in the front office, and Shannon puts the kids at ease in the back office. We are so pleased to have found Dr Kassman and his staff. After having a consultation at another local office and not feeling 100% confident about it, we came to Kassman Orthodontics and immediately felt at home. Mariana at the front desk is so friendly and attentive, Laurie made sure we felt completely comfortable with the plan of treatment and really made us feel welcomed and Dr Kassman himself is very thorough, friendly and takes his time with each patient and parent and never makes us feel rushed. My son loves going because of the nice people, the fun games and contests they put on for the kids and because they have really figured out how to make the office a fun place to be. My husband is also a patient and now my daughter is as well. We are so glad to have found this office and now we know why it's the best in Tucson!
