You can tell Dr. Young knows what he’s doing! His staff is on point. You would do very well to give these guys a call for whatever dental needs you have! Thank you Angie for caring about my mouth and my comfort! This is the only dentist I will go to. Kadisha (separate visit) was also AWESOME! These guys know what it means to CARE about your mouth!

The staff is very friendly there and easy to get ahold of. They will even come on a day off if you need something immediately. I ended up getting Invisalign through them, but I could tell they were new to the process. All my button attachments on my teeth kept falling off and I was told they accidentally used expired bond. But the buttons continued to fall off throughout the year and I had other concerns I brought up that I felt were dismissed by the dentist. I ended up feeling the need to get a second and third opinion from two orthos and transferred my plan to one of them. It cost a lot of extra money to transfer, but I think it was worth it. The kicker is through getting the second and third option I found out that this dentist charged about $2000 MORE for Invisalign treatment even with their discount than orthos who were rated as having more experience by Invisalign (this is even without the discount of transferring your plan to an ortho.) I also realized after getting treatment done at the ortho that this dentist just doesn't have all the equipment needed to make sure your Invisalign treatment is successful. The price difference wouldn't be so bad if I felt the dentist was more experienced in this kind of treatment. Lastly, I did have some inappropriate comments by the dentist that were asked almost every time I was in (and I had to go back every time my buttons fell off). These were questions like "why hasn't your boyfriend proposed to you yet?" and "are you and your boyfriend serious?" It is possible that he was just trying to be friendly and make conversation, but it made me uncomfortable every time I was in. All in all, if you are thinking about getting Invisalign treatment I would make sure to do your research before and just go to an ortho. Invisalign has a website where you can check different dentists and orthos for their experience.

We went to Tempe Smiles for years, and had good experiences. But, the last few years they've had rotating door with dentists. Never felt good with the current dentist. He indicated I had 3 cavities and needed a crown on one of them. I let him do the 2 smaller ones and wasn't happy with the end result. We've since changed dentists and the new one said the 3rd tooth did not have a cavity and didn't need a crown.

Very friendly and as painless as possible. The doctor and his assistant were great. The hygienist was the best I've had.
