Tempe Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

Patient: Markario I’m here all the way from Memphis, Tennessee, and I came to this area after asking friends of my son about a top-notch dental office for wisdom tooth removal. I was looking for somewhere that could take care of him quickly and professionally, and I’m truly thankful I found this place right here in Tempe. From the moment we walked in, the service has been on point. The staff shows excellent customer service, and everything feels organized, clean, and efficient. The front desk was especially welcoming—very friendly, smiling faces, and they made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. It’s not always easy finding good care when you’re away from home, but I’m grateful I found this office so quickly after arriving from the South. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care and a team that truly treats you with respect and care.

I dread having xrays, very strong gag reflex. I have to say - Itzel did such a great job! She was so fast AND accurate, got them all right on the first try. Very friendly, even brought me a blanket! :-) Paige is THE BEST hygienist!!! I have been seeing (only) her for several years. She has such a bubbly, upbeat personality and always remembers things we have talked about. She has never shamed me if I have plaque or my numbers have gone up. Never once has she "hooked" me or caused pain.

No bueno. You schedule an appointment for a certain time. Then the office sends you an email saying to come at a different time. When you arrive at that different time as instructed, the gentleman at the front desk (the manager) will advise you are late for your appointment and refuse services. He will then blame an automated system for the incorrect time, take no responsibility, and tell you the email which provided the incorrect time is a courtesy and, effectively, it’s your fault. When you show this gentleman the email saying to come at the time you arrived, he won’t care. If “modern” means poor communication and customer service, this place is certainly ahead of its time.

I highly recommend this place! Everyone on the staff is so nice, welcoming, and friendly. Dr. Gonzalez and Itzel were especially sweet and helpful. They were incredibly quick and efficient—I had four teeth filled, and it felt like magic! I also greatly appreciate Haley for quickly accommodating my scheduling needs and arranging the orthodontist consultation. I'm truly pleased with the fantastic service I received.

Routine maintenance and have to say I’ve always had a Great experience with the staff from check in to cleaning to being seen by Dr. Z. Thank You for your patience, time and attention to our dental needs🙏🏽
