Southtown Dental Care is the best around town! The staff is super friendly, and Dr. Nelson is very knowledgeable, professional, caring and extremely kind. They are transparent about the costs of the services and are very communicative in general. The quality of the services is also excellent - I got my invisalign done here and it was a great experience! I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a top-notch dental care provider.

I’ve been a patient here since I moved to AZ over 10 years ago. Dr. Nelson is always kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He never pushes any dental work unless it truly needs to be done. My hygienist, Lisa is the best! As someone who used to dread going to the dentist, I now look forward to it so I can chat with Lisa. She always explains what she is doing and is gentle. She always has a smile on her face and is so compassionate. The ladies at the front desk always welcome me with a smile and kind words. I am so thankful to have found Dr. Nelson’s office!

I needed a cleaning and to establish care after moving to Arizona, and I had a great experience with Dr. Nelson and his team. Blanca, my hygienist, did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and was very thorough, which I really appreciated. Everyone in the office was friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nelson and his team to anyone looking for a new dentist in the area!

I am beyond amazed at the care level that was given to me by the whole staff, and especially Dr. Nelson. I have had QUITE the struggle with “Dental Anxiety” over the last few years, so I was very anxious prior to my appointment today. I was absolutely blown away by how amazing the staff was from the moment I was texting with Moriah about my appointment. She was very helpful and accommodating to me needs. Theresa, the hygienist, was beyond amazing with me, and calmed my fears. She was so very kind and understanding, and extremely comforting. She explained everything in detail as she went along. Dr. Nelson and his nurse were attentive and very descriptive about his exam findings, and got me on a good treatment plan. This team truly does care. 10/10 recommend!!!!

I had such a wonderful experience today as a new patient. My hygienist, Theresa, was so thorough and clearly experienced. The flow of the office was great as I was checked in and seen very promptly. Marisela from the front desk verified my insurance before I came and everything felt very seamless. Dr. Nelson was very personable and kind. From start to finish, I felt very cared for and listened to. Would definitely recommend!
