Great experience! I needed to have my permanent retainer re-affixed and Dr Galati and his staff handled the issue quickly and efficiently. He explained everything to me, was transparent about costs and got the job done right away! He and his staff are very welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend!

Just an overall great experience with Galati Orthodontics. I wasn’t planning on wearing braces again for a year, but I’m glad I did. Dr. Jay Galati, is first-class and incredibly professional as an orthodontist, and his team matches that standard while creating a warm, friendly environment. Talia, Sarah, Lauren, Cass, Cassandra, Stephanie, everyone made the process easy and comfortable. I’m sure I’m forgetting someone, but they were all outstanding. If you’re looking for an orthodontist, I highly recommend them.

Since I first met Dr. Galati and his team in 5/2023, the experience has been nothing but stellar! As much as one can enjoy (ha!) an experience with an orthodontist to have braces attached, the entire staff from front office to technical support has been incredible. The attitude is professional and follow-up is indicative of his caring attitude about patient care. I am so fortunate that Dr. Sielicki (also an exceptional dental care professional) referred me to this practice! Oh BTW, the first thing you may notice (other than Sara's wonderful smile at the front desk) is the wall of Top Doc awards beginning in 2004. The 2024 and 2025 awards are on the counter as wall space is literally getting scarce!! Dr. B

Dr. Galati’s office is the best! I initially went to a couple other offices where I was pushed towards Invisalign without much rationale or explanation of other options. I’m so glad I ended up at his practice instead. Dr. Galati is very thorough & knowledgeable and did a great job explaining his treatment plan. Every one of his assistants and front office staff was professional and friendly. Appointments were always on time and efficient. Getting braces as an adult was something I was dreading for some time, but they made it as easy as it could have been! Thank you all!

I just got my braces on, and have had a wonderful experience with Galati Orthodontics. I interviewed three other doctors offices, and Galati Orthodontics was by far the best. They are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Thalia is so kind and helpful. I felt Dr Galati and Thalia gave me honest advice, and helped me make the correct decision for correcting my bite. As much as I am not looking forward to having braces on for the next year+, I am glad I am being treated and cared for by a great bunch of people, and look forward to soon having my bite issues fixed.
