We've been using Dr Galati for 10+ years and have been thrilled. Although we have closer options, we choose to drive further to see him. The staff is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. We've never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room to be called back. Dr Galati himself is knowledgeable, patient, kind, explains everything well to the kids and overall just a great orthodontist. We've had 2 beautiful smiles completed and are working on the third. I am from out of state and in my packing up everything to come visit my family in AZ, I forgot to pack my kid's spacers. When my son accidentally swallowed his, I called Galati Orthodontics and the kindest Sara was willing to help get us some. The level of customer service from Galati Orthodontics was incredible!
