Dr Jones is the absolute best!! My three girls and me have all received excellent treatment and very please with our results. His office staff is always welcoming, friendly, and kind, which makes every visit a positive one. My girls never dreaded going in for their appointments—in fact, they always felt comfortable and well taken care of. What really stands out is his aftercare—even years later— it continues to be wonderful and shows how much they truly care about their patients even after treatment is complete. I’ve had an amazing experience at Arctic Smiles orthodontics, the doctor and staff are so nice and it has been a great experience getting my permanent retainer fixed up there (which was put by another orthodontist years ago). They are very gentle with the tools and careful when working on your mouth, so I really highly recommend Dr. Jones and his team, they are so kind. I am so happy I found Dr. Jones’s office! I have seen multiple orthodontists in the past and they all said that Invisilign wasn’t an option with how misaligned my teeth were.
