We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Arctic Smiles Orthodontics. From the very first visit, the entire team has been professional, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. They took the time to truly get to know my daughter’s needs and never rushed the process. What stood out most was their honesty and conservative approach to treatment. They worked closely with us to develop a well-planned, two-stage treatment plan and were very intentional about waiting until my daughter was truly ready before moving forward. It never felt transactional — they genuinely cared about doing what was best for her long-term outcome. As a parent, that level of integrity and authenticity means everything. The office is welcoming, the staff is patient and knowledgeable, and communication has been excellent every step of the way. Dr. Jones is a very kind and caring orthodontist with years of experience. Artic smiles has a very clean and welcoming office starting with Tina and her bright smile at the front desk and Shelby the office coordinator who is very helpful. The theme is very fun for kids, inviting them to relax with great characters hanging on the walls.
