I've called twice within 3 weeks to talk to the office manager and they have not called me back. A few years ago before they split from the Chandler location, when my daughter's had braces, brackets could be fixed within 3 days. Now it's 2-3 weeks. And if your 15 mins late to your appointment you have to reschedule and that takes at least 4 weeks. Had I known I would have gone to a different provider.

Between the doctor and the staff, the service and customer care is beyond great. Everyone is so nice and friendly to be around. This is the most family friendly Orthodontics office I’ve ever been to. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go here.

Always a great experience at Wright Ortho.. they treat their patients like family.. from warm greeting when you walk in to the friendly staff that take care of you and send you off with ice cream! No complaints here! We’re on our second kiddo with them and once again great experience!

This is our second time using Wright orthodontics. We came back for the excellent service and quality care they provide. We were not dissappointed. They got us in and out and they were so professional and informative throughout the whole process. Special care was needed this time around since our daughter has a severe metal allergy. They were beyond accommodatting and had all the necessary tools and tricks to avoid a reaction. They were gental and kind. Thank you for another awesome experience Wright Orthodontics!
