Williams Orthodontics - Gilbert

My daughter just got her braces off 8 months ago. Originally we went to Dr. Glauser and she was amazing but for some reason Dr. Williams took over her patients so we were stuck with them for the last 6 months or so when she had her braces on. On top of issues she had while having the braces we just got news that I have to spend around $700 for new retainers. She had the clear retainers and just a few days ago her top retainer literally broke while taking them off! On her bottom retainer she had a permanent and they had to replace it 2x cause it kept falling off (I've had my permanent for over 20 years). They now recommend a spring retainer, which is a extra $100 for each one, and they didn't even try to place a new permanent on the bottom. Apparently, a tooth on the bottom already shifted out of place and they aren't doing anything about the retainers. I have to pay $700 in full. I went to Dr. Glauser for my braces over 20 years ago and he replaced my retainer 2x free of charge and it wasn't because they were broke it was because my teeth shifted and then he recommended the spring for mine as well so he switched it for FREE! My daughters retainer literally broke while taking them off not due to negligence and they won't do anything! Oh but they did "suggest" wearing them broken so it can cut her gums!

Doctor Williams is the nicest orthodontist I’ve had. He personally works with each patient for a custom treatment plan when necessary and has been very accommodating in the event of losing insurance mid-treatment. So if you are starting a long Invisalign treatment and you may change jobs, rest assured you are in good hands. His office staff are also rockstars because they recognize me after a year.

I have had a great experience, everyone is professional and on time. I am happy with my results so far, can't wait to see the final result. I would highly recommend Williams Orthodontics to anyone!

Without doubt Williams Ortho is a no brainer go to office. Dr.Williams is board qualified and super patient focused. The offices are really clean and modern. Best of all staff always make you feel comfortable and welcomed.

The technician who switched out my daughter’s brackets and put on her rubber bands was so nice. She talked with her the whole time and really connected. We always get the best service here!
