Hats off to Dr Woodward AGAIN! Thank you for continually being honest, straightforward, trustworthy, and kind. You always make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. This was a first for me, having you laser my cold sore. Got in the same day, you thoroughly explained it all and were sympathetic through the extremely quick and painless treatment. I was in and out of there. The pain was eliminated and I’m grateful to speed up the healing process, so that I can be camera ready for my event. Thanks to you and your wonderful staff. I only trust the best!

I had been looking for a family dental office in the Phoenix area and Smiles of Chandler had wonderful reviews so decided to make an appointment. I was not disappointed! I was greeted with a friendly and helpful staff. Jessica, who took X-rays, did an exceptional cleaning. Dr. Woodward was easy to talk with and discussed the dental work needed within the next year. This is the right dental office for me.

This review is only for Dr. Woodward; I have had only positive experiences with the rest of the staff. Unfortunately my experience with him was so negative that I felt compelled to write this review. I went in recently to have my permanent retainer replaced. The procedure itself went fine, but after it was over, there was a feeling of soreness and pressure or tightness, like I remember feeling when I would get my braces tightened as a teenager. I wanted to make sure that was normal, so the dental assistant brought Dr. Woodward back so that I could ask. It was shocking how defensive and combative he became immediately, saying things like “I don’t know why you feel what you feel because I know I did it right. I’ve done thousands of these and this is the first time I’m hearing this comment, but sure let’s say it’s normal”. He kept repeating that he did the procedure right until I said to him that I wasn’t trying to imply that he did it wrong. He continued on with things such as “If you turn a doorknob and open a door, you did it right. If you turn the knob and open the door one day and the door clicks, does that mean you opened the door wrong?”. Of course it doesn’t mean that, but I would question what the clicking noise was. When he was getting ready to leave he was smiling and asking if he answered my question very sarcastically, and added an “I’m not conspiring against you”. I was so taken back because I didn’t understand what warranted such blatantly unprofessional treatment to a very benign question. I have since spoken to a couple of family members about Dr. Woodward and learned that they have had negative experiences with him as well. So, while I would recommend the practice as a whole, I would strongly advise any new patients to request to see any doctor other than Dr. Woodward.

I really love Smiles of Chandler. The staff is both professional and friendly. They are always over communicating, which is very helpful when setting up appointments. The doctors are great. Professional and always focusing on preventative treatment. Highly recommend.

Amazing Dental office personnel! Doctor Gregg Woodward best doctor I ever have for my dental needs. Tamara, hygienist, one of the best for cleaning needs. Everyone so polite, professional and always smiling. Now I know why this office called Smile of Chandler and they make patients have beautiful smile!!
