Both my children have been helped with their teeth by Dr. Woller. The staff are great, and we have had very few issues with treatment. They have payment plans, which is so helpful for these longer term treatments.

The whole process from my daughter getting braces, through her journey even into aftercare has been great. Dr. Woller & her staff are awesome.

Hands down, THE BEST Orthodontic team my family and I have utilized...EVER!!! Dr. Woller and her team at Fairbanks Orthodontic are outstanding!!! Starting from our first call to make an appointment, Ms. Kaelyn had not only scheduled us within a week, but called a day later with an earlier appointment due to a cancellation! Efficiency and amazing customer service straight out of the gate! Once my family and I arrived the day of our appointment, Ms. Sierra had welcomed us in, helped us get our paperwork in order, explained to us our options and ultimately helped make a typically uncomfortable experience one of the most pleasant and conducive times we've had in visiting a dentist. Once we we're able to start the work on our teeth, Ms. Brittany was so thorough and patient in her process. She shown much expertise in her craft. Lastly but certainly not least, acknowledgements to Dr. Woller. She had shared something personal that typically would have people out of work and to our amazement, here she was working, smiling under her mask, making jokes, and bringing an unapparelled level of positivity that I feel only she can bring. Her enthusiastic and positive energy is where the team's stellar customer service seems to stem from. Everyone seems to bring the best version of themselves to that facility, the happiness that reflects in their work, and the pride in the service they provide is very apparent. Thank you Fairbanks Orthodontic Group for such a wonderful experience! 10 out of 10!!!

A GREAT practice from the front office staff to Dr. Woller. Everyone is wonderful to work with, whether it is scheduling appointments, a bracket falling off, or getting braces placed. Just excellent orthodontic care and kind staff.
