The staff are all super friendly, welcoming and courteous. They all appear to get along really well together which makes it a great team. Scheduling is a breeze and the appointment reminders work great (you can opt out if you don't care for those). Dr Luff is amazing with the care he provides and he makes me feel comfortable with explaining what's going on at my appointments. They accepted my two insurances and had a great payment plan for my out of pocket portion. I highly recommend Luff Orthodontics to help you get that great smile you deserve!

I was a patient at Luff Orthodontics for two years while I had braces, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Throughout my entire treatment, the team was always kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Everyone in the office is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. They always took the time to answer questions, explain what was happening, and make sure I felt comfortable at every appointment. 10/10 recommend to anybody seeking orthodontic care! The front desk staff was very friendly during scheduling and when I arrived to my appointment to check in. The dental assistant that worked on my teeth was very kind, gentle, and well informed about the permanent retainer that I needed fixed. Very clean, quiet, and peaceful environment. Bonus points- the view from the chair while being worked on was absolutely STUNNING. Run, don’t walk and book your appointment asap! :)

Luff orthodontist really is a comforting environment! They put my braces on and they really care for their patients, interests, and keep a clam, nice environment. They make sure their patients are comfortable and they are very open and caring! I am not disappointed for choosing them, they also have payment plans if you cannot do full, you also get sent home with a starter care bag for braces aswell as a rewards card & a gift! Definitely would recommend!

My son can be a little challenging at times, but Juanita and the entire team consistently greet him with kindness, patience, and genuine care. Their positive attitude makes every visit a pleasant experience. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and the way they make us feel valued.
