Health Centered Dentistry

Our family has gone to HCD for more than 14 years, and all of the providers and team members have always had quality service, research, expertise and great bedside manner. We are always welcomed warmly by name, and our arrival anticipated. We always schedule out our treatments well in advance which sometimes takes a little time and patience on the part of the front desk but they are always there to help. I'm sure I've seen every hygienist in there at least once, and four of the doctors over the years have seen our family. When we schedule we don't mind who we see because they're all so wonderful and keep good notes so the others know what to do. Furthermore, with kids teeth emergencies (such as can happen in sports like hockey), the doctors are gracious to give after-hours advice as needed. We try not to take advantage of that!! We are grateful for HCD!

I was so blessed by this dentist office - a weird thing for me to type, but honestly from the sweet receptionists who helped make my appointment and finish checking out, to the hygienist and doctor examining my teeth, I have never had such an uplifting medical appointment in my life. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. I have very sensitive teeth and Natalie and Amanda were so careful and also explained everything as they went (and put up with all my questions!). Loved going here and can confidently say I'll go to the dentist more often because I look forward to it now!

This is by far the absolute best dentist office I've ever been to. When I couldn't find a babysitter & was forced to bring my 2.5 yr old tornado with me, the gal's at the front desk gave him a tour & played with him so I could finish the last of my cleaning. You don't have to cringe as you explain why mercury in your mouth is dangerous to people that are adults who made it through J.r high science....they already know. You don't have to explain that fluoride is a neurotoxin & industrial waste & not appropriate to go in the human body, they already know. (Not including the naturally offering fluoride that is a different molecular type that is sold as an additive & cheap way to dispose of industrial waste. ) Each employee is friendly & on top of their functions. The dental crew are incredibly nice, fast, good at their jobs , hip to the fact the body is a system & teeth are a living part of it not a dead thing that mysteriously has nerves & blood vessels. They have actually done the research. They have a 360° x ray so you actually find out what is going on instead of the 2d films that only show 30° of the true state of things. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely. You could go to a cheaper drill & fill clown, spend more money as your teeth fall apart due to their tender mercies or you could pay a little more now & not have the big problems later. If you can swing it, I highly recommend these guys.

I went here for years and do NOT recommend. They consistently overcharge and I had enough when they decided to do an extra procedure on my daughter without coming to me first. She was taken from the lobby and then waited by herself in a room for 45 minutes before being seen by anyone. The extra procedure they did on her was $1,000 extra and they had no problem billing that amount. The extra procedure took 3 days to recover from and I would not have said yes to it. I called several times to speak with a manager and despite leaving messages with people and on voicemail, the manager never responded. I just got calls from the front desk asking to be paid. When I told them that I was changing dentists and wanted to leave with no bills they said I was squared up -owed nothing. Months later they called me about a payment that they found I owed. I could go on and on, but not worth any more of my time. This place is overpriced and unprofessional.
