Let me just say Dr. Irwin in Montgomery did a fantastic job! My sons teeth are absolutely beautiful. Dr. Irwin didn’t rush and took his time with us explaining the process of braces and answering question's when we first met him. What a pleasant experience we have had with them. His staff is the most laid back, understanding, loving staff that makes you feel as though you are part of the family. Being so good about working around my schedule. Also being very considerate that I have to drive 40 minutes to them, squeezing in as much as they can into one visit so that I don’t have to make two trips. His office is filled with joy from Christian music being played, daily scripture being displayed at the front desk with the Holy Bible opened next to it. Most importantly the Lords light shining through each and everyone of them!

This Doctor, aware or unaware, was very demeaning and disrespectful of this elderly black woman. He demonstrated his " compassion " after a painful procedure, by patting me on the top of my head and saying you're a good "gal". SMH

I went here a couple years ago to see if I can get something for sleep apnea. I have top dentures so he couldn't do anything about it unless I got permanent dentures up top. Well he said he has a device I can use to help and you just put it in your mouth while sleeping because it was hard for me to use my sleep apnea machine. Well I didn't know anything about it he seemed very nice and helpful and the device was 300 dollars. Well come to find out the device is only 20 dollars and he charged me over 10x what it's worth. Needless to say I should have done my research on the item he suggested but I took his word for it and ended up being out 300 dollars.

I give Dr. Irwin and his staff 5 stars -- because that is the most I can give! He is one of the sweetest, most gentle people and explained my situation (sleep apnea) and the treatment with a device that means I don't have to worry about a stupid mask! And his staff? All three ladies are super! It helps that one of them and I go way back, so it was like a high school reunion during my visit. They are great and will work with you.

The office staff is the best thing about the practice. I honestly feel like they know more about what is going on than the Doctor does. I cannot recommend this practice for a night guard to help with sleep apnea. It didn't fix my apnea problem, and I spent a lot of money out of pocket for it. It felt like I had a giant Arby's roast beef sandwich in my mouth! Just go for the cpap.
