I have been coming here since I moved here in 2023, and my experiences and expectations have far exceeded those in the past. Dr. Dixon has always been very attentive and informative. Most of my bragging though is going to be on the hygienists. Today, I had Colleen who was also very informative and helpful. I really enjoyed talking to her. I also have to brag on Nicole the office manager in the front who has been here since I first started coming. She has always been very sweet and helpful through the payment and scheduling process. Overall, this is an incredible place to come to, and I highly recommend them for anyone!

I had such a great experience with my dental hygienist Colleen today! She is incredibly gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable. She takes the time to explain everything step-by-step, shows me exactly where I need to focus on my brushing, and offers helpful tips without being pushy or judgmental. My teeth have never felt cleaner!

University Blvd Location! If I could give 0 stars I would. Going to them was a big mistake!!! I heard Christian music playing but this not Christian like to lie about doing something because a patient didn’t like a service. I went in last year for some dentures, long story short it took 2 1/2- 3 months which should have been a month or less. In between those months it was too many bad signs. They call me in for the final fitting I didn’t like the fit and I didn’t want to waste any more time on trying to get them to fit correctly. So I called and told the office that I didn’t want to keep them and I gave them back. I asked them to reverse the claim she (front desk clerk) told me that I would have to pay the lab fees, I told that’s fine! I called again to see if they had did it and this time she said no because it would be to much to dig through etc then she was I’ll get the office manager to get on it It’s been little over a month if not 2 months and it’s still not done. They do bad business over there and that’s not right to do that to a patient who didn’t like the service. They are committing fraud they won’t reverse my claim unless I pay first which is considered fraud they should reverse my claim 1st then charge me. They trumped up a fake statement saying that I owe for my first visit but they won’t tell me what my charges are for

I had an appointment here last week and overall it was a decent experience. The staff were polite and helpful, and they explained each step before doing anything which made me feel more comfortable. The dentist seemed knowledgeable and took their time checking everything thoroughly. The waiting area was clean, though a bit small, but I didn’t have to wait too long. I didn’t feel rushed at all, which I appreciated. I’d probably come back for routine checkups, though I might try to schedule at a less busy time to avoid the small crowd in the morning.
