Smile Center of Huntsville

This has, hands down, been the best dentistry I have been to in Northern Alabama. Since moving to the area, I have experienced some of the most rotten luck with dentists; subpar or deceptice service practices, HIPAA/privacy concerns, fradulent billing practices, etc. This is the only place I have visited where I have recieve no-nonsense treatment. Dr. Battle and her team are amazing. From the initial greeting at the reception desk to the actual treatment, everyone is courteous and carring. I appreciate the environment that allows me to ask questions, express my concerns, and walk away feeling valued as a patient.

Out of all the dental offices I've visited in my life, the Smile Center of Huntsville is the Very Best!!!! The office staff greets you with a smile and is always friendly, regardless of how busy the office may be that day. The dental hygienists are professional but always friendly. Dr. Battle is outstanding. She takes the time to listen to her patients and is always friendly. Pricing is reasonable, never a long wait like others I've been too. I feel like part of the family, I can't say that about any other dental office I've ever been too. I hope she stays around for a long time. I give 10 stars because of the overall cleanliness, friendliest, knowledgeable, terrific work, and overall atmosphere of The Smile Center of Huntsville.

Had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist, Kasey. From the moment I arrived, she was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She spoke with an attitude, showed very little customer service, I will be contacting corporate as well! This is totally unacceptable! A receptionist is often the first impression of a business, and unfortunately, Kasey did not represent the office well. I hope management addresses this situation and provides additional customer service training so future patients and customers are treated with the respect and kindness they deserve.

The entire place was clean and all of the staff were very efficient, quick, professional, and polite. I would definitely recommend this dentistry, especially to service members just getting their X-rays for their readiness. Easy in and out.

When I tell you Dr.Battle and her team are soo awesome from the start to finish the communication and guidance they literally nursed my self esteem back to 1000% she removed my gold crowns and we went porcelain crowns and they gave me soooo much confidence my experience was 100,000/10 highly recommend in my 34 years of life this was my best dentist experience ❤️🦷also don’t forget to grab her DAZZLE TEETH COLLECTION 🤩TOP TIER thanksss you guys are amazing.
