Smile Center of Huntsville

Out of all the dental offices I've visited in my life, the Smile Center of Huntsville is the Very Best!!!! The office staff greets you with a smile and is always friendly, regardless of how busy the office may be that day. The dental hygienists are professional but always friendly. Dr. Battle is outstanding. She takes the time to listen to her patients and is always friendly. Pricing is reasonable, never a long wait like others I've been too. I feel like part of the family, I can't say that about any other dental office I've ever been too. I hope she stays around for a long time. I give 10 stars because of the overall cleanliness, friendliest, knowledgeable, terrific work, and overall atmosphere of The Smile Center of Huntsville.

This has, hands down, been the best dentistry I have been to in Northern Alabama. Since moving to the area, I have experienced some of the most rotten luck with dentists; subpar or deceptice service practices, HIPAA/privacy concerns, fradulent billing practices, etc. This is the only place I have visited where I have recieve no-nonsense treatment. Dr. Battle and her team are amazing. From the initial greeting at the reception desk to the actual treatment, everyone is courteous and carring. I appreciate the environment that allows me to ask questions, express my concerns, and walk away feeling valued as a patient.

I had an amazing experience visiting Smile Center of Huntsville. The staff was attentive and very reassuring. I was actually a little nervous but every person I met in the office was supportive and understanding of my feelings. You don’t get that everywhere. Customer service is such a big part of any office visit and this office demonstrates it top tier! I would recommend this office over and over again. Dr. Battle is great and has a genuine concern in your dental health. She developed a strategic plan in minutes to my situation and that was very impressive to me!

I had a great experience at Smile Center of Huntsville! The office staff is very friendly and kind. I had my teeth cleaned at this visit and can honestly say I’ve never had my teeth look this pretty after a cleaning. I was so surprised how nice they looked after. The dentist was very thorough and even went back in for the stubborn plaque that stayed behind on the initial cleaning. No pain or any discomfort for any of it. I especially liked that my first visit as a new patient was a cleaning. I didn’t have to do a new patient consultation like many of the other offices in town and then go back for a cleaning. I brought my son in a few weeks back and had the same experience with him. He is a teenage boy with autism and the staff took great care of him. He did the whole experience on his own (first time alone) and he did great with them.

I had a very positive experience at this dental office. The staff provided great customer service from the moment I walked in making me feel welcomed and comfortable. Their clear and prompt communication made scheduling and understanding my treatment plan simple and stress-free. The office itself is an immaculate facility. It is modern, clean and well organize which added to my confidence in the care I was receiving. With that being said, the quality of care and professionalism here definitely makes it worth recommending to others.
